Equipping Pastors

In many parts of North India, pastors serve with great faith and sacrifice—but often with limited access to theological training, resources, or support. Rooftop Flyer Ministry is committed to changing that.

We provide educational instruction designed to strengthen pastors in three key areas:

• Biblical Knowledge: We offer teaching rooted in Scripture to help pastors grow in their understanding of God’s Word and rightly handle the truth in their local churches and communities.

• Discipleship Training: Ministry begins with life-on-life discipleship. We help leaders develop rhythms of spiritual growth for themselves and learn to multiply that growth in others.

• Ministry Strategy & Sustainability: Many pastors face financial and logistical challenges. We walk alongside them to brainstorm creative ways to further their education and explore sustainable methods for supporting their ministry work, whether through bivocational income, micro-enterprise, or community support.
